As our rates vary depending on the season, we are happy to provide you with an individual offer.

Our pricing structure:

• Base price: Based on a minimum occupancy of 25 people.

• Additional guests: Each further person is charged at a fixed per-person rate.

• Final cleaning: A one-time fee of €500 per stay.

• Local tourist tax: €2.80 per person/night (includes €0.50 mobility tax). Note: Rate increases from November 2026.

Everything included: Indoor pool, 5 hours of sauna per day, energy costs (electricity/heating), water, and waste disposal are always included in the price – no hidden fees.

Optional extras (on request): Laundry packages (bed linen/towels), E-car charging, or dogs.
